Return window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, sealed, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable / non-refundable items

The following items are final sale and not refundable:

  • All cards (including sealed card products, trading cards, and singles)

  • Graded slabs

  • Singles

Restocking fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee (deducted from the refund amount).

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at support@rostcg.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, defects, and wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@rostcg.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus the 5% restocking fee) within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
